How can I help you get out of pain without having that?
In my experience over the last decade of being a practicing chiropractor I have noticed that everyones problem are as unique as their past.
People in pain have an endless variety of reasons for their pain, but healthy people are mostly the same.
People who have healthy and strong spines are very similar.
You have a limited number of movements you are capable of and the question becomes
Can your body do all the things its capable of doing?
Because if you cannot there will be consequences.
Perhaps for a time it’s only a small consequence.
But then when you need to walk a mile in 15 minutes…
Your old knee or back problem starts to awaken.
When you begin exceed the limits of your body you trigger a warning.
This warning that you trigger is often associated with pain if you do not listen to the warning.
So the goal of a stretch or exercise to keep you out of pain would be to help you increase your limits.
So you don’t trigger it so easily.
The lower your limits the quicker “you break down” and have problems.
The greater your limits the more capacity you have in your body.
So let’s find your limits and push past them.
There are 8 key areas of the body where certain limitations lead to problems.
Conversely, we found that people who were healthy were capable of doing the movements in these 8 key areas.
The idea is that if you are capable of doing all the things in these chapters:
you’re healthy.
If you can do all these things consistently and make them easy to do you’ll have very few physical problems.
These are the essentials.
