Stop looking for stretches that go directly after the pain, or go directly after where you think you feel it’s tight. Stop. There are so many other ways to feel better.
For instance, did you know that the better you can stretch the front of your hip the better your low back feels?
I bet if you can’t hold this stretch for 3 minutes you have back pain.
Consider yourself challenged.
Knee in the corner.
Butt to heel.
Shoulders back to wall.
Holding for 3 minutes.
