There are some doctors who stop people from dying, but there is another sort of doctor who helps people start living.
I am more of the second type of doctor.

I don’t think about how I can stop my patients from dying.
I focus on how I can help them live.
This is also an important mindset shift in patients that have a successful outcomes.
Because problems in your body are very seductive to think about, but re-directing your attention to becoming healthy is crucial
