The keys to getting a stronger gastrocnemius muscle in is to find a position in which you can create the most leverage on the muscle. So that’s why you see me talking about the position of the foot and knee.
Because the position I describe in the video helps you learn how to control, and create leverage in the gastronemius muscle through exercise.
Having 3 levels of the same exercises is important to be able to track your progress. Are you doing as many reps as you did yesterday?
